Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- A reservation is only confirmed after receiving confirmation from the hotel.
- Guests must provide accurate information when making a booking.
Payments
- Payments may be required in advance or upon arrival, depending on the booking.
- We accept approved payment methods as communicated during booking.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking date will receive a full refund (100%).
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date will receive a 50% refund.
- In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time: 01:00 PM
- Check-out time: 10:00 AM
Guests may be required to present valid identification at check-in.
Use of Facilities
- Hotel facilities including rooms, restaurant, and event spaces must be used responsibly.
- Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.
Events & Conference Bookings
- Event bookings require prior confirmation and agreement on details.
- A deposit may be required to secure bookings.
- Changes or cancellations must be communicated in advance.
Liability
- Good Life Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
- Guests are responsible for their personal items during their stay.
